- After you have removed your devices, you can wrap the wipe around it, and work the wipe into the crevices using your fingers.

- Next, you will put your mouth guard, retainer, or clear braces into the solution.
- Allow to soak for 5 minutes. You will notice the solution start to turn a clear color when it is ready. Remove, and rinse your device thoroughly. Be sure not to soak longer than 10 minutes.
