We are almost done building our house, and I cannot tell you how excited we are! This is an important subject to me, because decreasing the amount of energy we use can do so much more than decrease our electric bill. Sure, saving money in important, but these LED lights can also help others save money, but it is also great to think of the impact we would have on the world if we were all to change out our old bulbs for new GE LED Lights. That is not the only reason, there is plenty of reasons to swap your old bulbs for super bright LEDs!

- LED’s are dimmable, and I love it. Besides the bulbs saving money, lighting brighter, lasting loner, and just being a better bulb, this is my favorite feature. We have family movie night once a week, and we LOVED the dimming feature. We didn’t want to turn the lights off, because everyone falls asleep, but there is nothing like dimmed lights, popcorn, and that perfect moment when you scare your oldest daughter haha. See she wouldn’t have jumped as high as she did without dimmed lights, lol.

My oldest daughter Catie, youngest daughter Mattie, and myself went to Walmart last week in hopes we would find GE LED Energy Saving light bulbs. We had fun, acted silly, and it was nice to enjoy girl time at Walmart! We all had fun, acted silly, and grabbed our awesome new LED Energy Saving light bulbs! I it when we only have to go to the store for a few things. It gives us all a chance to relax, not rush, and just have fun. It makes me feel like a little kid again, well until I remember I am the only one with a credit card lol.
The LED lights are a little over $11 each, and it will cost me about $300 to give my house a lighting makeover that will save money. It might sound like a lot for light bulbs, but I will not have to buy another bulb for years and years, and I will save $189 every single year. I will have made the $300 back in savings in less than 2 years. I am super excited for our GE LED Energy Smart light bulbs makeover. Shawn and I have agreed to purchase half of the bulbs this month, and in June our GE LED lighting makeover will be complete.
