 Our teeth are the most attractive part of our smile, it’s the first thing people notice, so having a white, bright smile is definitely a boost of confidence. I work hard to keep my teeth as healthy and white as possible. There’s nothing more unsightly than giving a big smile that looks like corn on the cob..lol. Over a period of time eating certain foods and smoking can cause our teeth to stain and yellow, and like so many of you 

You can always visit your local dentist to whiten your teeth and get rid of those awful stains, but the dentist can be a bit costly. These stains and yellowing will eventually reappear so ongoing in office treatments will be necessary, this will end up costing you a small fortune. The good thing is whitening & brightening your teeth can be done in the comfort of your own home. There are many in home, over the counter tooth whitening products available, it is possible to smile and be confident your teeth are sparkling white and not go broke while doing it! • Brush with baking soda this age-old home remedy of baking soda and a toothbrush will gently whiten teeth at home and kills bacteria in your mouth creating fresh breath and a healthier smile. It takes a little bit to notice any results, but I noticed a differenced a small different in about a week.

• Be sure you are exchanging your toothbrush every two to three months.

• Brush your tongue.  Yes, that nasty bacteria live on your tongue too.

• Brushing doesn’t get everything, be sure you are rinsing and flossing.  You should be flossing and rinsing daily, because brushing your teeth alone doesn’t do the job.

• Whitening toothpaste can help you get a whiter smile.  There are several whitening toothpaste available, and remember they do not work overnight, and the results will not me like visiting the dentist.
