I love essential oils and have been using them for years.  Essential oils are liquid extracts that are from different things, such as trees, flowers, etc., and are concentrated, so you only need a tiny bit when you use them.  Also, I think it’s worth noting that you shouldn’t eat or drink essential oils. They are used in three ways, mostly: topical application, diffusion, and household.
