I am proud of myself, and my family for the lifestyle changes we have made. We’ve always been pretty healthy, but there is always room for improvement. After my daughter was born, returning to work was stressful for me, because I wanted to be home with my daughter. I developed a negative attitude, and with the negative attitude everything else negative followed.
The day I left my job, I left that life, the unhappy, and most importantly the negative me behind. I changed my outlook on life, got rid of the unhealthy habits one by one, and made a commitment to myself to get up and move daily. I don’t go running every single day, but I do get up and move, because I like the person I am when I’m moving. By finding the motivation every single day to get up and move in some way, I feel good about myself, my lifestyle choices, and where I’m going. I hae also committed to dropping the weight I put on, and it feel good. I get up and move every single day for myself, and my family, because I want a healthy lifestyle and to be around for as many years as possible. I get up and move everyday for myself and my family.

We already know how important having great shoes to working in are, right? Great shoes help complement your healthy living practice.
