They not only cater to teens, but they can also help parents save money on teen clothing.
- Sales – In my opinion you should never purchase anything at full price, there is always a way to save. Whether you wait for the 30% off sale, or you ask the clerk for coupons, there should always be a way to save. As a rule of thumb, always visit the sale racks. This is the perfect time of year to take advantage of great discounts on clothing for your teen.
- Shop online. Sure, it takes longer to receive your items; your teen might not have them right away, but it can save you a bundle. Shopping online means a better selection of products, often better prices, coupons, and sales, and in the end, parents can save more money when they shop online for their teens clothing. I’m an avid online shopper; just ask me.
- Clothing Allowance: This is what I do for most of my teen clothing. Throughout the year, I give my daughter an allowance, which I put into a savings account until she needs something. She purchases what she wants, for however much, and it’s been amazing. It taught her to be a savvy spender, helped her learn how to shop online and offline, how to handle a debit card, take on more responsibility, be a good shopper, look for sales, and become a creative shopper.

When I was asked to review the Oasis Dress, I almost got one for me, but I figured Catie would wear it more. Now, I am not so sure about that.
