WOW can you belive we are already talking about Valentine’s Day quotes?  I realized that Valentine’s Day was right around the corner, and thought I would get together some good Valentine’s Day quotes, love quotes, and you know I cannot help myself, I have to add some funny Valentine’s Day quotes.  I wouldn’t be me without a little big of something funny!

Sure love and romance is important during a relationship, which is why I’m sharing the Valentine’s Day quotes, and love quotes.  On the other hand it’s also important to share a sense of humor, the more you laugh, the more you smile, and the more you smile the happier you are, right?!?!  Which is why you will find some funny Valentine’s Day quotes as well.

I’m actually pretty excited about Valentine’s Day this year, because it falls on a friday.  Which means my husband will actually be home the next day.  I’m not sure that we will be able to find a sitter for the kids, but that’s totally okay.  My husband and I normally do something with the kids early in the evening, like watch a movie, eat something great for dinner, or something of that nature.  My husband and I try to tuck them into bed a little early so we can enjoy a little time together.  Now I need to focus on things to do for Valentine’s Day, and a super awesome gift idea for him.  If you have any ideas I am all ears, lol.  I was able to get him something awesome for Christmas, which leaves me stuck when it comes to a Valentine’s Day gift idea for him.

This one isn’t really a love quote, but it’s fun and super beautiful.  Basically all the words that it can be associated with the word love have been placed together to form a heart.  I thought it was beautiful and worth sharing.

This is such a true love quote, and I thought it was perfect for anyone who’s on the lookout for Valentine’s Day quotes.  It’s romantic, yet truthful, and I hope you like it as much as I do.

I honestly belive this.  While it’s nice falling in love, it’s even better being together, getting comfortable with one another, and learning who one another really is.  Over time you should become closer, stronger, and fall more in love.

What can I say, I just love this one!  I have a hard time imagining Dr Seuss being the man who said it, but I think that’s mostly because I grew up reading “The Cat In The Hat”, and “Green Eggs and Ham” lol.  Either way I love it’s a perfect Valentine’s Day quote, or quote for anyone who’s in love.

Though this was a pretty quote for Valentine’s Day.  It should take someone VERY special to catch our hearts, and I think it’s important we remember that.  Don’t just settle for the first nice guy or gal to come your way.  Be sure it’s something special, and real!

I put this one on here, because it’s perfect in terms of Valentine’s Day quotes, but I don’t think anyone should think that they cannot be happy until they find love.  Truly, love will come when you least expect it, when you are happy with yourself and how you are.  Until you are truly happy you cannot make anyone else happy.  Okay, this isn’t speeches I know, but I have several friends who think they will not be happy until they are married, and it’s not true.  I was very happy before I meet my husband, and stopped looking for that perfect guy.

This is a great love quote for her or him, for any day of the year, and in my opinion pertains to life, not just love.  Which is why I wanted to share it!  Regardless of if we are with that special someone or not, we should not count the years, but make the years count!  Right!

I’m going to agree with this Love Quote! In my opinion, love doesn’t make the world go around, but it does make the ride worthwhile.  That’s love in all shapes and sizes, whether it’s from your spouse, a friend, or a complete stranger.  Love makes the world a better place!

I couldn’t agree with this more!  There are times when I look at my husband and fall head over heals in love with him all over again.  I have thought a lot of about why, and for me it’s the way he changes and grows as a person or we grow as a family.  There are certain things he will do for the family that makes my heart flutter, or after we had my daughter, and watching him be her father, we change as we need to so we can keep up with life, and it’s those little changes that I notice.  It’s those little changes that make me fall in love with the same man over and over again!  A great love quote to share with your spouse for as a reminder to keep your marriage alive.

I’m going to have to say I have wondered the same thing!  Maybe not in those exact words, but I’m still not really sure why Cupid gets the Valentine’s Day gig…

Do you ever get to watch TV?  I don’t, not what I want anyway.  Which really doesn’t bother me except every few weeks when there is something on that I really want to watch, and cannot because my husband has it on something he is watching.  You would think since I don’t ever watch TV it would be okay now and again if I get to watch what I want… humm, WRONG! I typically have to go and talk my kids into letting me watch something, that is if it’s kid appropriate, lol.  MEN, and their remotes!

I have heard this 1000 times, and yes I have gone to bed mad, and yes I have stayed up to fight.  Honestly, going to bed has been the smarter option becasue if you are mad enough to be arguing at bedtime chances are it’s going to take a while to figure things out.  When in fact you could sleep on it, and talk about it calmly in the morning.  Again, I think this would depend on the subject, but I really don’t see myself staying up to fight, lol.  I cannot stay in the same room and fight with my husband, I leave until we are both calm enough to talk, and he does the same.  When I was younger, I would have stayed up al night to argue, I know it sounds horrible, but I would have.  Thank goodness I got over that.
