I had the opportunity to meet Thor at Disneyland’s Treasures of Asgard Exhibit thanks to Disney! Of course, all opinions are my own, but it’s Disneyland, and who doesn’t love Disneyland?
I have to be honest; I have never been to Disneyland! I have been to Disney World several times, but never Disneyland. I’m not sure why. My husband and I have been to LA several times before, but it was always a fast trip there and back for something for the blog. This time, thanks to Disney and Marshall, I was able to experience so many things I have never had the opportunity to experience, and our Disneyland trip was one of them. I was actually able to meet Thor at Disneyland’s Treasures of Asgard Exhibit! It was pretty cool—all of it was.
Just knowing that we were going to Disneyland, I felt the magic that only Disney makes you feel. You know, it’s almost like you’re a wiser little kid again. I say wiser, but really, I mean a whole lot more chicken. I didn’t used to be scared of big, crazy rides, but now you will not catch me on one. So I have to admit, I was really excited about my group because they all felt the same way. I like to think we were the cool group; you know, careful yet cool, lol. Honestly, everyone in my group was amazing, and it was really nice getting to know each one of them, and our team leader was pretty rockin too!
I was really excited to check out Disneyland’s new exhibit, Thor: Treasures of Asgard! Our group of bloggers were the very first to experience the brand new exhibit! YES, isn’t that cool the first feet in there was us! We walked into this awesome room where we took plenty of pictures and all giggled like we were little kids at Disneyland. Joking around and taking pictures was so much fun, THEN it was time the exhibit to open, and we finally were able to meet Thor at Disneyland! Yeah, pretty awesome…
I really liked that we had to travel across the Bifrost to Asgard, and yes, you will too; it’s the only way to Meet Thor at Disneyland! Not to worry, it’s an awesome ride, and once you’re in Asgard, Thor’s waiting for you. You can take a picture with too… It was an amazing experience, and I cannot tell you how much fun it was.
Disneyland in California is amazing; there are plenty of rides for everyone. We had three different groups and everyone was able to experience what they were interested in, and then some. Some were on Space Mountain, while our group played it safe and checked out The Little Mermaid ride. It was awesome may I add, and I actually recorded it for my daughter, who’s in love. I’m also going to include it here, so anyone with a little girl who loves The Little Mermaid like my daughter can show it to them.
It was such a fun experience that I can go home and tell my husband how much fun it was. I think we’re going to be taking the kids to Disneyland in the early spring. I have always thought Disney World was enough, but they are both worth experiencing if you are able to. They both hold the same magic that only Disney is capable of making us feel, but they are both different and have their own magic.
I had had a blast with our group of bloggers and amazing team leader! Yup, awesome group of gals!
Disneyland for the Holidays
While we are on the subject, Disneyland Resort will be having their traditional holiday starting November 12, 2013. That’s right, things just keep getting better at Disneyland, if that’s possible. Check out all these amazing happenings!
“World of Color”—Winter Dreams It’s a NEW holiday version of the already popular “World of Color” nightmare water spectacular at Disney California Adventure Park on November 15, 2013!
I’m really excited about “World of”Color”—Winter Dreams at Disney California Adventure Park—because it’s Featuring Elsa from Walt Disney Pictures animated feature FROZEN, and look at these pictures! WOW! I don’t know about you, but my kids and I have been waiting for this one. We already have plans to catch it the day it opens. I cannot wait, and I sure hope some of you will have the opportunity to experience World of Color—Winter Dreams at Disney California Adventure Park!
“Disney, ¡Viva Navidad!” This new celebration, inspired by Latino culture and celebrations, features music, food, dancing and an exciting Street Party multiple times a day. It begins Nov. 15 at Disney California Adventure. This precedes our Jan. 3–6 Dia De Los Reyes celebration for Three Kings Day.
“Jingle Cruise”: The Jungle Cruise skippers decorate for the holidays, and you’re not going to want to miss it at Disneyland Park! Add some fun new jokes to their riverboat tour!
Disney’s Cars Land: While you’re there, be sure to check out Cars Land! Cars Land at Disneyland was one of my favorite places in the park; maybe it’s because Mater lives there! Either way, it’s cool, and if I were going, I would definitely not want to miss it. I’m sure they have done an amazing job decorating for the holidays.
I am having a blast; there are so many things to do in Los Angeles.
