I remember the first year my husband and I decided we wanted to have a garden. We wanted to grow some herbs and veggies, I don’t think either one of us realized how much work is involved in gardening. Gardening is not easy, there is so much to learn if you are new to gardening, unless of course you start out using Gro-ables.
Fresh Veggies Without a Green Thumb, Means Yummy Salsa Too!
You might have already heard of Miracle-Gro’s new product called, Gro-ables. If not, it’s a fabulous way for both experienced and inexperienced gardeners to grow veggies and herbs. When you purchase your first Gro-ables you will notice that each little pod comes with everything you need to grow your own food. Miracle-Gro has made easy for even without a green thumb to have their own food the first time.
What Comes With Easy Gro-ables?
Each Gro-ables comes with everything you need to grow your own fresh good right out of the starting gate, like:
- Non-GMO seed
- All growing materials to help keep you seed safe, and moist.
- Food to keep your little plant growing strong
Miracle-Gro’s Gro-ables are affordable too!
Gro-ables are a great way to try something new. It helps simplify the process, growing your own fresh veggies and herbs doesn’t need to be stressful, or overwhelming if you don’t have a green thumb, or the room to grow outside, and it’s affordable. Gro-ables runs about $1.29 to $1.49 per seed pod, depending upon the depth. Which is affordable in my book, because each seed pod is guaranteed to grow, and all you have to do is follow the directions!
What different Varieties of Miracle-Gro’s Gro-ables can I purchase?
There are currently 17 different types of Gro-ables. Here are a few Gro-ables I cannot wait to try, okay like all of them, lol:

They have an awesome selection of the new Gro-ables, don’t they? I know I am super excited to try the Cilantro. For some reason I cannot get it to grow for nothing. To this day I am not sure what I am doing wrong, I have read, and done everything I am supposed to, but cannot get any fresh cilantro. Luckily, I can grow cilantro with Miracle-Gro’s new Gro-ables, and I am super excited to get started.
To make things even better, Miracle-Gro has teamed up with Sprout it to make growing your own yummy good even more fun. Sprout it is an awesome app that grows with you, and your little seed of course, and it’s FREE!
Now when you place your seed in the soil, just loosen the soil, peel back the lid, push your little seed until the top is even with the soil, and set your planting date using Sprout it. Don’t worry if you forget about water now and again, because Sprout it will send you nice little reminders when you need them.
Now you can sit back and watch you little seed turn into a big fresh herb or veggie. Once it’s finished growing you will have yummy herbs and/or veggies to make some fabulous recipes with.
To make things a little tastier, you can find fabulous recipes on at Gro-ables, like their Pico De Gallo Recipe.
I love fresh salsa, there is nothing better than all those fresh veggies together. You have to imagine this with fresh veggies and herbs.
