I’ve been a fan of Sparkling ICE for years; their drinks are delicious! This specific recipe is one they shared with me back in 2013 in the Jenns Blah Blah Blog days, and it looked so delicious I knew I had to bring it over to our new home. If you’re a fan of grapefruit, this is a must-try!
First off, huge thank you to the wonderful folks at Sparkling ICE for sharing this recipe with us. If you have not already seen it, they also shared a recipe for Pink Grapefruit Sparkling Jigglers. Be sure to swing by and check it out.

Easy 2-Ingredient Sparkling ICE Pops
- Ice Cube Tray (or your favorite ice pop-making molds)
- Toothpicks or Popsicle sticks
- A bottle of Sparkling ICE
- 1 container of fresh raspberries or blueberries, chopped
Directions:
- Fill your trays or molds with Sparkling ICE, topping each with a scoop of chopped raspberries or blueberries. If using ice cube trays, cover the tray tightly with tin foil. Poke a Popsicle stick through the foil into each cube. If using an ice pop maker, place the handle sticks into the molds. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen.
- Please note that this recipe works with any of the Sparkling ICE flavors and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
Pro-tip: If you’re using a standard ice cube tray, these are ready in about 2 hours! If you’re using larger decorative molds, you might want to give them a bit more time.
If you are not already familiar with Sparkling ICE, it’s a naturally flavored, slightly sparkling water that has zero calories and is gluten-free as well as sugar-free!
