Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort In Orlando Florida

What do Orlando, Florida, and Universal Studios have in common? Sure, there is tons of really cool stuff there, but I’m talking about Universal’s new Cabana Bay Beach Resort and one really excited mom blogger who travels from New Mexico to Florida at least once a year.  I’m really excited about the new resort, and I’m sure you will too. It sounds like it’s going to be a real treat, a one-of-a-kind resort that’s family-focused.

If there is anything I love, it’s traveling and sunny Florida!  My husband and I went there several years ago and have made it a point to visit at least once a year.  Sometimes we take the kids, and sometimes we get to venture off and be kids, lol.  There are so many things to do, see, and experience.  We actually almost moved there, but my kids made me feel horrible.  I have a teen, and she didn’t want to move away from her friends and her boyfriend, whom she loves very much.  I didn’t have it in me to yank them away from everything they know and love, especially since Catie is a teen and has so many things going on where we live now.  So until we’re able and kids allow, we will continue to visit, and I’m really excited about the NEW Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort.

Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort In Orlando Florida

Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort is celebrating their 2014 opening with a pretty impressive preview offer!  They are allowing their guest to be among the FIRST to experience Universal Orlando’s NEW moderate- and value-priced property, which is inspired by iconic beach reports from the 1950s and 1960s!  HOW AMAZING IS THAT?  OMG, I’m telling you I want to visit!  I can honestly say that in all my travels, even for this blog, I have never experienced a 50s or 60s beach resort.  WOW!!!

Okay, so back to the details!

You’re going to need to check this out, because for a limited time, the whole family can experience Cabana Bay Beach Resort’s new family suites, with rates starting at $104 a night for a seven-night stay and $134 per night for a three-night stay!  They are offering up to 47 percent savings off regular prices.  You better hurry if you want to experience this awesome resort, because this introductory offer is only available now for stays from March 31st until June 14th, 2014.

Cabana Bay Beach Resort’s Family Suites

The family suites at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort sleep up to six.  Which means they would sleep my family, and that never happens, lol.  The family suites will surround guests with bold design, period colors, neon, and a cool retro feel!  They feature a kitchenette, microwave, mini-fridge, and sink to help fit your family’s needs.  The hotel is also located within walking distance of both Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure.  To make things even better, hotel guests can also enjoy early park admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, 1 hour before the theme park actually opens.

Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort is Universal Orlando Resorts fourth on-site hotel, and I’m betting it’s going to be super fun.  The new, 1800-room hotel features moderately priced family suites available this spring at a special price, and value-priced guest rooms are available in the summer of 2014, along with a wealth of recreation.  Once the hotel is complete, guests can plan on experiencing a 10-lane bowling alley and two huge pools accompanied by sandy beaches, a lazy river, a waterslide, and even more.

If you’re interested in booking this preview offer you have until January 31, 2014, and can be done so by calling 888/273-1311 or visiting their website at UniversalOrlando.com

Thanks so much for sharing the info for this resort, it really sounds like fun and I hope we can get a chance to go during this promotion! I agree, the idea of a 50’s and 60’s resort sounds so cool.

That sounds like a place I’d like to stay. I’ve never been to Florida. The in-laws live there. Enough said.
