Schedule
Write everything down so you know when you are doing what, and how much time you have in between. This has helped me, because I slack a little less because I know I only have 1 hour before I am hauling another child in another direction, or picking on up, maybe running to the grocery store. A schedule has helped allow me a little more time for the important things, like eating.
Keep Your Water Bottle In Your Handbag
It’s so important to drink enough water, if you are missing out on the required amount of water your body needs daily because of your on the go lifestyle, keep water wish you at all times. I always have a bottle of water in my handbag, it might not be the coldest, but it’s not hot, and I get the water m body needs.
Take Advantage of Time You Have On The Weekends
I used to use the weekends as my slack time. Once I started to take advantage of the only time I can sit without being interrupted I want able to start planning my week, and maybe get a few things out of the way to give me a little more time during the week.
Don’t Keep Junk
It’s too easy to grab a burger on the way, or grab a handful of chips when you are hungry. Don’t buy those foods, don’t have them laying around. Keep healthy foods that are easy to eat.
