Ice scream, you scream, we all scream for Graham cracker ice cream sandwiches, lol. Well, if you are not screaming you sure should because these are not only delicious they are super easy!
Graham Cracker Ice Cream Sandwiches
Looking for something fun and different to do with your ice cream? Why not turn them into a tasty ice cream sandwich by using Graham crackers? It’s seriously a tasty treat and something the whole family can enjoy.
Graham Cracker Ice Cream Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 pint your favorite ice cream
- 3-4 graham crackers
Instructions
- Allow Ice Cream to sit out at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften.
- Break 3 graham crackers in half
- Place graham cracker on top of ice cream and cut into the ice cream so it’s the same shape as the graham cracker.
- Slide ice cream onto a plate or cutting board and cut into three sections.
- Place graham cracker on the top and bottom of the cut ice cream.
- Repeat with the remainder of the ice cream slices.
- Place back into the freezer until serving.
