Has there ever been a time in your life when you needed to raise money? We raise money for several different reasons, it can be something personal or to help an organization you feel strongly about. Either way, raising money can often be frustrating, – for me it can. I help my kids raise money for this, and I’m excited to give Shirtstarter a try. Of course you can use Shirtstarter for different reasons, but everything starts with a good idea. Like Shirtstarter, which allows users to design custom t-shirts to raise money, and create awareness for anything! Sounds pretty neat right! Raise money with Shirtstarter, by designing cool shirts!
Design A Shirt, and Raise Money With Shirtstarter!
Shirtstarter is a great way to raise money! I can think of several different things I help with locally that this would be great for. When you sign up with Shirtstarter you design a shirt yourself, using the step-by-step tools to design the shirt you are going to sell. Anyone can use Shirtstarter, you just need to be interested in selling quality custom t-shirts in the USA.
The best part about Shirtstarter is that it’s free, if for some reason you do not make your goal you are not charged. How? If you are raising money for a club, passion, cause, or yourself first you set a goal with Shirtstarter. There is no pre-payment fee! Design your shirt, and sell them. All shirts will be paid for individually by people you get to purchase your shirts. There is not a set limit on how much you can earn, or how high you can set your goal. Once you reach your goal, Shirtstarter will begin to print shirts!
The minimum number of shirts you need to sell is 12, which isn’t too many. There is no maximum limit, and the more shirts you sell during your campaign the more profit you will earn. Be sure to set a realistic goal, and design some awesome shirt!
How much will the shirts cost? Well that depends on how you design them. Of course the more ink colors used, brand of shirt, number of shirts, etc will all be taken into consideration.
There are some great campaigns on Shirtstarter! The two above shirts are from two of their current campaigns, which are both creat shirts. The “Pray for the Philippines” shirt is for a GREAT cause. There are other nice shirts, which can be purchased to support causes you feel strongly about. Then there is the shirt I made, which is not for a cause… It’s just for fun, and if you purchase one I pinky promise I’m only making like $0.12. I’m not in it for the money, I just wanted to see how uncreative I really was.
That’s right, I made a shirt, and quickly realized that I’m in no way creative enough to be making shirts without any notice. I have a creative streak in me, but it requires planning, lol. I look at people who are, and admit I’m a little jealous, but that’s what Google, Pinterest, and if I ever need to make a shirt to raise money for some reason I’m sure the wonderful people at Shirtstarter can help me come up with something creative. I can also grab the big guns – My Sister-N-Law! She is one of the most creative people I know!
Anyway, this is a great idea to help you raise money. If you want to grab one of my super awesome shirts! You can get them for $14, I decided to keep the price down since I’m not trying to raise any money at the money. That and I know because of my creativeness they are going to sell like hotcakes, so making $0.12 per shirt is cool I will make it up when I am able to get like 5000 people to purchase one ha-ha. Swing by Shirtstarter.com/JennsBlahBlahBlog and check out the front and back of my shirt! Let me know what you think…
I am however going to be showing Shirtstarter to my brother and VERY creative sister-n-law. If you follow my blog you have probably read about my nephew and his health problems. My brother and sister-n-law are always raising money for another trip to Houston, and fingers crossed no more surgeries. I think this will be a really cool way for them to make money, and the people who are helping will get something as a thank you.

I love this idea although I am not creative at all. I’m not even good at it with advanced planning like ou are but I do love this concept..
I love the whole idea of this! Thanks for sharing 🙂
I saw this once on a tv commercial and I thought it was such a great idea. Much easier than trolling around town trying to coordinate all the details. Thank you for the review.
I think you did an awesome job
This is so neat. You could make a shirt to raise money for like ANYTHING!!!
So cute!! I’d love to get one like the foot prints above, but use my childrens footprints 🙂 How cute would that be!
I THINK THIS IS A GREAT IDEAL–I LL THINK ABOUT THIS..THANKS FOR SHARING..
Wow! The first shirt design is awesome, I love it coz I’m from the beautiful island of the Philippines. Definitely a great way to help others in need. Hands down to Shirtstarter.com!
This is a really great idea for a group. This would be perfect for our VBS workers. We could have matching shirts so it’s easy to find an adult worker and raise money at the same time. Thanks for the review.
That is so neat! I never really thought about shirts to make to sell for profit. I guess I knew you could, but never really thought about it! That might make for a better fundraiser for things instead of candies and cookies!
I just LOVE your shirt. I don’t look to good in Brown but I would determinately buy one to help any cause. I always get L so I feel comfy. I believe your price is very fair and think it shows just what a great heart you have in only making 12 cents. I am going to write it down to go check on that site.
I totally love that idea. I love desigig tshirts and it would be cool to make some for a cause ands sell them for charity.
Very neat idea. Tee shirts are great for advertising everything.
That’s an interesting concept. We would make a shirt to sell for my chorus. Thanks for the info.
thats some great things to do
Thanks for the information on how this works. My nephew has been in year long treatment for cancer, which will definitely be costly, despite good insurance. He’s a cutie pie, and my brother has lots of friends that would buy a t-shirt in a hot minute, so this could really work out well.
This is a great way to raise money for anything. You just need to design a shirt that people want to buy. Thank you for this review.
