I love that my kids enjoy playing educational apps, and I’m always on the lookout for great educational apps for kids!  Being a parent to four children, who are raised in a world with smartphones, tablets and computers everywhere it’s essential we not only let them play educational apps for kids, but teach them how to maneuver the devices they are using.  I recently downloaded one called 123 Tracing, which is a great app for kids.  Kid’s Academy did a fabulous job, and are one of the most successful developers of apps for kids has released what might be their biggest app yet.

If you haven’t had the chance to download 123 Tracing and let your little ones give it a try.  123 Tracing is a fabulous educational app designed for younger students. It’s a super cute game which helps kids trace numbers and get in the habit of writing and formating letters that they will be using for the rest of their lives!  Mattie loves it, and I have been surprised how well she is doing, and how much she want to keep trying.  123 Tracing is a free educational app for kids that you can get from iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon by clicking the below links.

When it comes to helping children learn writing, math skills, and verbal skills in an easy and fun way, Kids Academy enjoys doing their part to see children are able to learn in a fun way!  So far I have enjoyed their educational apps for kids, and so have my children!

Apps like 123 Tracing and Bingo AMB have been in the top 50 educational apps in the App Store, and Kids Academy has brough the well-known stories and nursery thyme The Little Pings, and Five Little Monkeys to interactive apps!  How awesome is that? The simple interfaces of the apps allow children to take the reins and play on their own, but the sing-a-longs and other activities are perfect for parent or teacher engagement, too. Research has shown that singing along with nursery rhymes has both cognitive and physical benefits for children. Children are not only learning new words and the context in which to use them, but they are also strengthening tongue and mouth muscles at an early age will help with pronunciation skills.
