I made these a while back, and they are both daughter and mom approved. My daughter ate one or two; I ate the rest. Not even joking—the whole darn batch. I recently lost a significant amount of weight, so this was sort of a reward for all my hard work, lol. Needless to say, I had a massive sweet tooth.

- Eggs
- Vegetable Oil
- Flour – You will need to add a little flour to the recipe to get the brownie mix to a consistency where you are able to roll the dough into balls. This also gives the brownies a bit of a lift when they cook.
- Powdered Sugar – You’ll use the powder sugar to roll the dough in before baking. it will give that the beautiful white coating.
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
Step 4: Add flour and mix completely. This helps create a better consistency for rolling the dough.

Step 5: Roll into golf-ball-sized balls and place on the prepared cookie sheet.
Step 6: Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator and allow to chill for 30 to 60 minutes. This chills the oil, which helps the powdered sugar stick better to the dough.
