How To Make Homemade Granola
This homemade granola recipe consists of old-fashioned oats, your favorite dried fruit, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and other ingredients combined for a tasty treat.

6 cups old fashion oats 1-2 cups dried fruit I used cranberries 1-2 cups almonds 1/2 cup brown Sugar 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup coconut Oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a large cookie sheet by spraying with non-stick spray or covering with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine old-fashioned oats, dried fruit, and almonds. Set aside for later.
In a medium-sized sauce pan, combine brown sugar, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Over medium heat, stirring continuously, bring the brown sugar mixture to a slight boil.
Remove from heat and pour over the oat mixture and mix until all the oats are coated.
Pour the mixture onto a large cookie sheet and spread it out evenly over the cookie sheet.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until you notice the edges getting slightly brown.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool, and enjoy.
