Ingredients
  

  • 2 TBSP Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 C shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 C shredded Parmesan
  • Cookie Sheet
  • parchment paper
  • Ice cream scoop

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the cheeses, 1 TBSP everything bagel seasonings.
  • Mix well.
  • Using the ice cream scoop measure out each chip.
  • Drop each scoop full on the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 6-10 minutes.
  • (Or until brown / crispy.)
  • Make sure not to burn.
  • Top off with 1 TBSP Everything seasoning on top of each cheese chip
  • Makes 24 chips
  • Store left overs in fridge or airtight container.
