½teaspoonsesame oil
1cupfrozen peas and carrots
4cupsricecooked
2green onionschopped
1 cup mushrooms chopped
1/2white onion
Instructions
Pour P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Orange Chicken into skillet or Wok and follow package directions (it takes less than 15 minutes!)
Cook rice as directed per instructions.
On medium-high, warm 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or Wok.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil to lightly beaten egg in the wok with oil. I like to let mine cook a bit before I start breaking it up, but you can do it either way. Cook until the egg is fully cooked.
Add veggies, rice, and the remaining oil and cook rice for about 5 minutes or until cooked.
Serve Veggie Fried Rice with P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Orange Chicken.
