Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 tablespoons dill relish
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup white onion chopped
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs (2 egg whites, 1 yolk)
  • 1 small roma tomato
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Romaine lettuce

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, mayo, Dijon mustard, dill relish and onions.
  • Dice both the egg whites but only one of the yolks and add into the bowl. Mix everything together gently by folding until well combined.
  • Scoop the tuna salad onto fresh Romaine lettuce leaves.
  • Top with freshly chopped tomatoes and slices of avocado for some healthy fats and extra flavor.
