1 can tuna 2 tablespoons dill relish 2 tablespoons mayo 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 1/4 cup white onion chopped 2 large hard boiled eggs (2 egg whites, 1 yolk) 1 small roma tomato 1/2 avocado Romaine lettuce
In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, mayo, Dijon mustard, dill relish and onions.
Dice both the egg whites but only one of the yolks and add into the bowl. Mix everything together gently by folding until well combined.
Scoop the tuna salad onto fresh Romaine lettuce leaves.
Top with freshly chopped tomatoes and slices of avocado for some healthy fats and extra flavor.
