cream cheese

ricotta cheese

sour cream

vanilla extract

tbs
corn starch

tbs

cherry pie filling

oreo cookies

tbs
melted butter

" round spring form pan
Instructions
Place cookies in a food processor on pulse about 45 seconds
Add in melted butter.
Press into the bottom of springform pan.
Mix together cheeses and eggs.
Mix in sour cream.
Add in corn starch and flour.
Stir vanilla in.
Mix well until all combined.
Pour into spring form pan.
Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of pressure cooker.
Place spring form pan on trivet in the pressure cooker.
Cook on high pressure for 40 minutes.
Do a quick release.
Remove and completely cool about 1-2 hours.
Top with cherry pie filling and enjoy.
