Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of your favorite Kellogg’s Origins™ Ancient Grains Granola
  • 1/2 all-natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries optional
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut optional
  • 1/8 cup dark chocolate chips optional
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed optional
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seed optional

Instructions

  • Blender Method (Not using the blender method, skip to step 2)- Simply toss all the ingredients into a blender, it makes things SUPER easy. I didn't use the blender this time, but I will throw all the ingredients into the blender and blend completely. If you choose not to use the blender, skip to step 3 and continue.
  • Old fashion method - In a large mixing bowl combine oats and peanut butter, stir as much as you can and add honey and mix completely. .Add any remaining ingredients and mix completely. If you need to add a little extra peanut butter or honey you can do so, but only add a little at a time.
  • Roll the mixture into desired sized balls. Place the finished energy balls in a baggie or Tupperware container and place in the refrigerator to store.
