Raise your hand if you love tacos! Me too, but these beef taco lettuce wraps are freaking delicious. I’ve never been a big fan of replacing the taco shell. Well, until my daughter introduced me to the Taco Bell taco seasoning, it’s been a game changer for my taste buds. It’s perfection, topped with cheese and sour cream, all wrapped up in a big old piece of romaine lettuce.

Beef Taco Lettuce Wraps
I know this recipe isn’t anything fancy; it only takes about 30 minutes. To make things a little healthier, replace the taco shell with a healthy piece of lettuce, and it’s delicious😋. It’s the darn Taco Bell taco seasoning; it’s been a game changer for my taste buds. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Ingredients:
- Ground Beef🐄
- Jalapeno
- Onion🧅
- Taco Bell taco seasoning🌮(you can use any taco seasoning; however, I do recommend giving this one a try.)
- Cheese🧀
- Sour cream
- Romaine Lettuce🥬
Directions
Start out by dicing one jalapeno and about 1/4 cup of onion.

In a large frying pan, combine the ground beef, diced onion, and jalapeno and brown hamburger meat over medium-high heat until fully cooked.

Once the hamburger meat is browned, drain the grease. In the same frying pan, combine hamburger meat, 1 package Taco Bell taco seasoning, and about 1 1/2 cups of water.
Allow to simmer over medium heat until all the water is boiled out and remove from heat.

Place cooked hamburger meat on a piece of lettuce, add cheese, sour cream, and any additional toppings you like😋. Our recipe for Salsa Verde would go great on top of these.
