If I had it my way, I would have a smoothie for breakfast every single morning, but my role, as mom does not always allow it, and until recently, I did not have an easy smooth recipe that didn’t require pulling ou the blender.  I am busy in the mornings, I wish I could wake up and have a few hours to myself before the kids got up, but unfortunately, my oldest daughter is in summer school.  Therefore, it’s up early, Monday through Friday, and out the door like we did during the school year.  This sponsored post is about a yummy new easy smoothie, that I just love.  All opinions are my own, we never recommend something we wouldn’t use in our homes as well. When I get home, I try my best to squeeze in an hour or so of work before the kids get up, but once they are up everything comes to a screeching stop. I am not sure how they do it, but the second they wake up they are hungry, and they don’t want smoothies everyday like I do.  It’s summer, and they want mommy to cook for them, which is great, I love it, but I would also like to make me a smoothie.  I am lazy, I admit it, by the time I am done feeding three children, I don’t want to be in the kitchen again until lunch.   If only, there was an easy smoothie recipe.  A recipe that only needed you to add juice, shake it up, and enjoy.  I know, dreaming, or am I?

Thursday I went to a local retail store, and guess what I found in the freezer section.  DOLE Nutrition Plus Fruit & Veggies POWER Smoothie Shakers!  I am not even joking, I only had coupons for three, and I had to try them before I committed to purchasing every single one I could find in the store, lol.
